This offering respectfully acknowledges the intersection of grief and gratitude as we recognize loss alongside appreciation for meaningful connections and love experienced.
Additionally, this practice provides a supportive environment for those seeking to release past relationships or lifestyles that continue to be grieved and honored.

Be Your Valentine; Yoga and Intuitive Reading Retreat
Celebrate Valentine’s day and deepen your self love, compassion and awareness with Wendy Gillman and Heather Hanko. Wendy will guide you through Meditation, Breath Work, and Gentle Yoga with intentions and heart opening poses. You will then move deeper into healing and heart centered awareness with Reiki and an Intuitive Gallery Reading with medium, Heather Hanko. Seats are limited as every participant will experience a personal reading.
This retreat also offers a full brunch and time for community connection at the beautiful location of Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast. Come join with a friend! Please bring your own yoga mat, a bottle for water, a blanket for Savasana and a journal for personal notes.
Winter Solstice Yoga and Wellness Retreat

Come Join this retreat celebration on this sacred day as we let go of 2025 and create space for all that is good in 2026! We'll mark the solstice with 108 sun salutations, including half and modified versions to welcome beginners. Sun salutations are practiced with the changing of the seasons and symbolically marking the transition from death to rebirth and the growth of self. You will be guided gently through this practice with both encouragement and pause.
HEALING SOUND JOURNEY
Following our sun salutations practice, we will transition into a soothing, healing, and meditative sound journey led by Ashley Hopkins. During this extended Savasana, Ashley will guide us through a deeply restorative experience, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to reset and ground into the sacred energy of the day. This immersive sound journey is intended to support relaxation and integration, helping you fully embrace the transformative spirit of the Winter Solstice.
Ashley graduated from Soundwise Health Associates and is a sound practitioner who provides various forms of sound healing through intuitive vibration.
SEASONAL BRUNCH AND COMMUNITY GATHERING
After this immersive experience, we will take a break and come together to enjoy a seasonal brunch accompanied by warm teas. The Pheasant Run farm venue features a spacious dining area and beautifully landscaped surroundings, creating an inviting atmosphere that enhances both comfort and the enjoyment of sharing a meal. This tranquil setting offers the perfect environment for relaxation and connection as we nourish ourselves and continue to honor the spirit of the Winter Solstice in community.
ART JOURNALING AND INTENTION SETTING WORKSHOP
In the afternoon, our focus will shift toward reflection, creativity, and community. Together, we will mindfully release 2025 and welcome intentions for 2026. Through the practice of art journaling, you will be guided into a meditative process that encourages gentle release of the past year. This creative approach invites you to reckon with and let go of the year’s challenges while also cultivating gratitude for the experiences it brought.
You will receive support and guidance as you move through your reflections and create your artwork. Choices and prompts will be provided to help you authentically acknowledge and express your awareness of 2025. With gratitude, you can let go of what no longer serves you and create open space for all the good that awaits in 2026. This practice supports a graceful transition, fostering self-awareness and renewal as we honor the turning of the season together.
CANDLE LIGHTING AND CLOSING CEREMONY
As our retreat draws to a close, we will gather together for the traditional lighting of candles. This meaningful ritual is designed to symbolize both the inner and outer light that guides us through transition and renewal. Participants will form a circle as we collectively honor and release the experiences of 2025.
In this sacred moment, we will focus on the glow of our internal light, fully embracing the process of letting go and turning our attention toward the year ahead. This closing ceremony serves as a powerful reminder of our shared journey and the warmth we carry within, bringing our celebration of the Winter Solstice to a graceful and heartfelt conclusion.

The morning will start with gentle yoga and an extended healing sound journey. Then we’ll enjoy a seasonal brunch together. The afternoon guides us through art journaling and intention setting. As we finish the day, we will focus on light with ceremonial candle lighting. This retreat will add meaning and intention to the conclusion of 2025 and positive movement into the new year.

Spiritual Retreat with William Stillman, Psychic Medium
This Spiritual Retreat is sure to be a sacred and meaningful event for all held at the private and secluded location of Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast. The day will include meditation, gentle yoga, a spirit circle, refreshments and a Psychic Gallery with William Stillman.
For the Psychic Gallery, Bill works through divine grace and will begin by saying an opening blessing with audience members. For the first hour, he will offer intuitive messages. For the second hour, he will take questions and the event will end with a half-hour meet and greet.

Self Care Sunday
Reiki self-healing is a gentle holistic practice that is beneficial for reducing stress, restoring balance and enhancing overall well-being. It empowers you to take an active, compassionate role in your own healing journey. Caring for yourself in this way nurtures a relationship of trust and care between you and your body, mind, and spirit.
Helene Williams, BSN, RN, is a Reiki Master/Teacher, international presenter, and published author with over 17 years of experience in healthcare-based Reiki instruction and practice. Helene is also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, trained by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach through The Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley.

Yin and Pin
Enjoy 2 hours of this deep relaxation and reset for body, mind and spirit. Deep-stretch Yin practice with meditation and breathwork will be offered by Wendy. During Savasana, Dr. Tammy Brady will offer universal pin points for deep healing and relaxation. Dr. Tammy Brady is a licensed, certified acupuncturist with a doctorate. As an RN and Yoga instructor as well, Tammy has a gift for combining eastern and western practices that bring true healing.
