Reiki self-healing is a gentle holistic practice that is beneficial for reducing stress, restoring balance and enhancing overall well-being. It empowers you to take an active, compassionate role in your own healing journey. This self care unites your body, mind, and spirit in the healing process

 Helene Williams, BSN, RN, is a Reiki Master/Teacher, international presenter, and published author with over 17 years of experience in healthcare-based Reiki instruction and practice. Helene is also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher- through The Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley.
