This offering will be a delight to your body, mind and nervous system creating a full body reset.

Yin yoga practice, incorporating  breathing and mindfulness followed by an acupuncture enhanced restorative savasana. By combining this specially designed yoga practice with an acupuncture treatment, this special event is designed to keep you feeling stabilized, balanced and present during the remaining winter season.

Acupuncture is among the oldest healing practices in the world. It aims to improve health through the stimulation of specific points on the body with small, thin, sterile stainless-steel needles.

Acupuncture brings more blood flow and circulation to specific parts of the body, more oxygen to the tissues and releases endorphins which all help promote the relaxation response and bring the body to an improved state of balance. The acupuncture points chosen for this workshop are universal points that support and calm the body and allow for increased relaxation. Space is limited in order to assure you a quality experience.

Tammy Brady, Licensed and Board Certified Acupuncturist. Tammy holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and is a Registered Nurse and Certified Yoga Instructor. Tammy is a wellspring of knowledge combining both western and eastern medicine and she is known for her deep compassion and intuition in her healing practices.
