Celebrate Valentine’s day and deepen your self love, compassion and awareness with Wendy Gillman and Heather Hanko. Wendy will guide you through Meditation, Breath Work, and Gentle Yoga with intentions and heart opening poses. You will then move deeper into healing and heart centered awareness with Reiki and an Intuitive Gallery Reading with medium, Heather Hanko. Seats are limited as every participant will experience a personal reading.
This retreat also offers a full brunch and time for community connection at the beautiful location of Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast. Come join with a friend! Please bring your own yoga mat, a bottle for water, a blanket for Savasana and a journal for personal notes.
